Magical Bee Tuff came to Montana East when he was 4 years old. That was 19 years ago. We decided to call him 3 Socks because of his 3 white stockings. It didn’t take long for that to shorten to just plain Socks. He has been an excellent trail horse and has taken care of Janet on many, many trail rides.
All That Jazz is a 12 year old stock paint horse. We’ve had him for 5 years. A few years ago we used the Texas A&M Horse Ancestry Testing Program which indicated that he is mostly Trakener, but we don’t hold that against him. He is a very people oriented horse who never misses the meal call. His nickname is Fat Boy and you can see why.
Impressive Color came to us when he was 6 years old. Chief is the old man of the trio at 31 years old. When we first got him he was as stubborn a horse as I have ever seen, but I think he is also the smartest. A quick learner, he became a great trail horse. He’s been enjoying a richly deserved retirement for quite a few years now.
